Synopsis:

 
  A report was done to discuss the concerns or factors influencing the strength of stimulation when reflexing the feet. Varying pressure from light to heavy, the duration of each stroke, the number of times, and the length of interval between 2 successive strokes were used and adjustments were done according to each individual's disease condition.

Conclusion:

 
  Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of some lung, abdominal and cardiac conditions as described in this discussion. Specific results were not presented.
