Synopsis:
29 primary school children, both male and female, with myopia from 6 months to 4 years, due to excessive homework and watching TV for long periods of time, were given 30-40 minutes of continuous foot reflexology for 7 treatments daily. Results: 85% improve-ment in eyesight.
Conclusion:
Foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of myopia and eyesight strain.
