15 patients (8 were in acute stage, 7 cases were chronic with 5 ankle joints affected, and 2 had first metatarsalphalangeal joint involved), both male and female, ages 52-82, with gout over a 2-1/2 year period, were given 50 minutes of foot reflexology for 10 sessions along with foot immersion in saline. Results: After 5-6 sessions, patients eliminated foul urine and joint swelling disappeared.
