Synopsis:
Patients with long-term Ankylosing Spondylitis (progressive joint sclerosis and ligamentous ossification in the sacroiliac joints first and then later in the lumbar, thoracic spine and rib cage) were given a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, and lifestyle changes. It was noted by the researcher that negative energy produces negative chemical changes and the importance of faith, hope, confidence, love, and laughter helping the patient's well being. After 3 months of reflexology and 500-1000 mg of evening of primrose oil per day, client's migraines and "hot flashes" stopped and weight gain ceased.
