Synopsis:

Some patients wanted or required an effective non-operative therapy. Pharmacotherapy could diminish the size of the myoma but slowly and with side effects. Reflexotherapy was applies in 10 cases of various myomas and cysts.

Conclusion:

When the myomas were small, it was difficult to make a correct diagnosis. Therefore, further examination should be made in the hospital for final diagnosis. Generally, after one to two months of treatment, effective rate was 100% by B-type ultrasonic examination. The myomas disappeared and the patients recovered to normal. But when the myoma was relatively large, operation therapy could be a better option.
