Synopsis:

A 27 year old female with multiple sclerosis for 3 yrs was treated initially with anti-depressants and muscle relaxants. She was then given foot reflexology one day a week for 8 weeks, then once a month focusing on brain and spine reflexes. Her disorder was found to be associated with Myasthenia Gravis since normal nerve transmission did not happen. She improved in health, but was not thoroughly healed.

Conclusion:

Hand and foot reflexology was found to be effective for the relief of multiple sclerosis.
