Synopsis:

 
  130 patients, divided into 2 control groups were given foot reflexology sessions for 5 days the day after gynecological surgery. The first group received simple reflexology and the other personal conversation. Results: Results showed an increase in abdominal pain during sessions and therefore, reflexology is not recommended for post gynecological surgeries.

Conclusion:

 
 

Foot reflexology was not found to be effective for post gynecological surgeries.
